The Grand Tour (fly into Casablanca, fly out of Marrakech)
1 - Transfer from Casablanca airport to Rabat; Afternoon city tour.
2 - Wind up Rabat visit in the morning and transfer East to Fes; 3 nights in Fes.
3 - Full-day Fes city tour.
4 - An excursion to Imperial City Meknes and Roman Volubilis; remainder of afternoon free in Fes.
5 - Full-day transfer across the Middle and High Atlas ranges to Arfoud; 2 nights in Arfoud.
6 - Explore the Tafilalet oasis, the ruins of Sijilmassa, the fossil quarry and head out to the dunes of Erg Chebbhi for sunset; option of night in a tented camp on the dunes.
7 - West to Ouarzazate via the Todgha Gorge, market center Tinghir and Dades Valley.
8 - Still West over the Siroua highlands to Taroudant, with a stop at Aït ben Haddou; 2 nights in Taroudant.
9 - Morning city tour; midday excursion to the Tiout oasis.
10 - Morning transfer North to Essaouira; explore the city in the afternoon.
11 - Transfer to Marrakech; begin city visit; 4 nights in Marrakech.
12 - Continue Marrakech city tour for the day.
13 - An excursion to the Mt. Toubkal National Park, for a hike or mule ride to Berber hamlets, observing traditions of life and work of the tribesmen; mid-afternoon return to Marrakech.
14 - Free day for personal pursuits in Marrakech.

Berber Heritage (fly into Casablanca, fly out of Agadir)
1 - Transfer from Casablanca airport to Rabat; Afternoon city tour.
2 - East to Fes with visits of Meknes and Roman Volubilis en route; 2 nights in Fes.
3 - Full-day Fes city tour.
4 - Transfer southwest across the heart of the Middle Atlas mountains, their Berber hamlets and cedar forests, until Afourer at the foot of the High Atlas.
5 - Reach the remote Central range of the High Atlas, where Berber traditions are at their truest; explore village life in the afternoon.; 2 nights in Agouti.
6 - A full day to enjoy the pristine valley, observing traditional field work, local adobe architecture in hamlets surrounded by ancient walnut groves, even a site of fossilized dinosaur footprints.
7 - Take back roads to Marrakech, via the Ouzoud waterfall and former Jewish Berber center Demnate, with its natural bridge; 3 nights in Marrakech.
8 - Full-day Marrakech sightseeing.
9 - Wind up city tour in the morning; afternoon open for personal pursuits.
10 - Southeast over the Tizi-N-Tichka pass for Ouarzazate, with side trip en route to the Telouet casbah; 2 nights in Ouarzazate.
11 - A full-day excursion either (a) southeast to the Draa Valley and the Aït Ouazzik rock art site; or (b) East to the Todgha and Dades valleys, with market center Tinghir.
12 - West via the Aït ben Haddou casbah and over the Siroua highlands to Taroudant; 2 nights in Taroudant.
